Chakras and Essential Oils Workshop
You have been invited to join Manali and Julie for a Chakra & Meditation workshop class using essential oils.
You will learn more about chakras and essential oils that support each of the 7 main chakra energy centers to support physical and emotional health. This class will use the tapping technique to open up your chakras, get grounded and start using essential oils to stay more balanced and relaxed. Each participant will receive a swag bag and handouts.
Part 1 – Chakras and Meditation with Manali
– Intro to essential oils that balance our 7 Chakras
– Get into a flow that will help you to identify your Chakras
– Release emotional baggage, cleanse and clear toxic energies.
– Align your mind, body and soul through breath, focus and movement.

Part 2 – Essential Oils Make & Take with Julie
– Essential Oils and how to use them
– Learn which essential oils to use to help you reduce stress, respiratory, sleep, immune system, muscle tension, digestion issues.
– Make your own roller bottle blend for $10 (each roller bottle for $10)!
*No previous experience needed. You will receive a brief overview of the top oils, how to use, and where to apply.
