Manali’s dynamic and friendly personality has helped her to bring about a difference in many people’s lives in achieving mindfulness,balance and positive attitude through her unique hands-on coaching style. In her workshops, she engages her participants to worksheet activities and gives them a practical approach to have the right mindset to achieve a work-life balance. Her 25 years of coaching experience allows her to present workshops on different modalities like nutrition, coping with stress,mindset for success and emotional intelligence.
