A Detox Diet (also called a cleansing diet) will remove toxins and poisons from your body. The concept of a good detox diet is to eat pure and natural foods that will aid the function of the lymph, kidneys, and liver. All foods that hinder the regime will probably be avoided.
There are various types of Detox diets.Some people use products for detox,some do it the naturopathy way and some go to doctors.
In this all holistic program, we will be using NO products as products over stimulate your organs. We will be doing this program the natural way by just eliminating some foods, creating a more balanced alkaline PH in your colon and gently cleansing your liver, gallbladder and kidneys.

Slowly eliminating some foods for stepping into a detox (duration 10 days)
- Meal plan #3: Colon Cleansing
This will be the main action week of commitment to cleanse your colon (duration 10 days)
- Meal plan # 4: Liver Cleanse
It’s a easy to do weekend cleanse for your liver and gall-bladder (duration 1 ½ days)
- Meal plan # 5- Maintenance
This is the final step of your program. We will bring you back to your healthy lifestyle meal plan #1, create a cleansing calendar for you to repeat this cleanse again, provide you maintenance tips, handouts, recipes and my favorite tips)
