A brand NEW series on improving our Mind-Body-Soul connection. March is National Nutrition Month and what better way to start your healthier lifestyle with holistic cooking, fit yoga and a heart chakra meditation.

In this event you will learn:

  • Interaction in the kitchen and hands on preparation with assisting the Chef during cooking
  • Description of inspiration behind recipe, organic fair-trade food, sustainable ingredients and local farms
  • Tasting and learning on how to cook two recipes in quick easy steps
  • Coaching on health benefits, natural healing properties of the ingredients used & nutritional values
  • Easy to do Fit Yoga stretching and postures
