Let’s Be Mindful- Virtual Workshop & Meditation Series

Do you want to learn how to achieve more balance and grounding in your life?

We all to try and strike a balance between our work and personal life , and to stay positive.On some days we are focused, but at other times we are scattered emotionally.

My true inspiration for creating this free event for you has been the amazing client feedback I have received for my recently launched online coaching series ‘Plant Your Roots’; which covers the 4 fundamental self growth pillars of Balance,Self-Power, Self Love and Grounding.

The 4 workshop topics chosen for this month’s series will take you through a brief introduction to understand the importance of these pillars and help you grow in your personal mindfulness & spiritual journey.
