Let’s Meditate!

It’s time to get more relaxed in all the chaos that is happening around us.
The only way to really get deeper relaxation is to go inwards and connect with our true inner self.
All levels are welcome. No prior meditation experience required. We will also be journaling, doing some breathing techniques, and meditate in each session.

Meditation will be done via Zoom App.

Once registered you will be sent the zoom log in details by email before the event.
