New Season of Fit Yoga Begins (Tuesday classes)

Fit Yoga combines easy to do hatha yoga postures, pilates and core strengthening exercises.. Each class will have a maximum of 6 students to ensure each student receives a personal yoga training experience.

Cost: $ 160/ 8 classes (8 week program)

Tuesdays 6:00 – 6:45 pm & 7:00- 7:45 pm
Thursdays 4:30- 5:15 pm & 6:00 -6:45 pm
