Join us for this powerful 4-week series. Meditation is all about discipline.

Your attitude toward life is affected by your ability to embrace change. If change happens to you, rather than you influencing that change, you are much more likely to feel like you are being dragged through life.

In this May online meditation series; we will be practicing techniques to embrace the changes happening within ourelves and around us.

*In each online class you will :

  • Be doing some journaling before we meditate to introspect
  • Dig deeper into what is blocking you to bring about the change and breakthrough in your life
  • Connect with your inner child to get some clarity and embrace change with a calm and relaxed mind.
  • Each week work with yourself for a certain area of your life for the change you desire
  • Get a group angel card reading at the end of the meditation session

This online meditation series has specially been created for everyone to be able to participate.

All levels are welcome.

Join us and let’s get relaxed, grounded and connect deep within.
