Kale, Lemon, Ginger- Metabolic Supercharge Smoothie Recipe: 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • A few cubes of ice
  • 1/2 of a lemon, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 of a lime, peeled
  • 1 cup fresh green kale
  • 1/2 tablespoon grated, ginger (with peel)
  •  pinch Celtic or Himalayan salt

Variations:

  •  Add 1 cup blueberries. The color will be weird but it will be delicious!
  • Add organic raw egg whites to make this a snack or breakfast.
  • Add 1/2 avocado for a creamy consistency.
