Yoga and meditation:
Daily stretch/ practice yoga postures/ meditate to avoid headaches. Calming your mind accelerates the blood supply to your brain which inturn relaxes your nervous system.
Sit in a quiet, comfortable corner, close your eyes, relax and concentrate on your breathing.

Sniff lavender:
According to several studies, headaches can be alleviated by sniffing lavender essential oils.Having a lavender oil shower or bath helps as well.

Listen to music:
Music relaxes our mind and energy centers.Listen to your favorite tunes to reduce your headaches.

Use an icepack:
Quite the literal way to cool down, placing an ice pack on the top of your head may relieve a headache.

Chomp on pumpkin seeds:
According to studies, pumpkin seeds are high in magnesium sulfate, that can relieve all types of headaches.

Cardiovascular Exercise/Go for a run:
Even a brisk 10-minute walk will help release endorphins, that have natural pain and stress fighting properties.
Choose your cardio activity-any sport, dancing etc ..

Take a warm shower:
Get under a shower and put your head under lukewarm water.
