Being positive means you are choosing to see the bright side of things.
It means that you can recognize that struggle and pain are not the only things out there, even if they are the only things you can see at the time.

Understanding your Subconscious mind:
How significant is the subconscious?
Think about walking, engaging hundreds of muscles in exquisitely orchestrated coordination without thinking how and when to contract each muscle. The subconscious is playing a major role in everything we do. Most people are living far below their potential. They know they are capable of so much more. The key is to use the hidden power of your subconscious mind and take control of your life.

Have you ever wondered why it is so hard to achieve the things that you desire in life?
You try everything out there, and nothing seems to really work. The secret is in your subconscious mind.

Your subconscious mind can do 2 things only:

  • It can either work to help you achieve your goals and dreams
  • Or it will work against you and keep giving you these excuses that stop you dead in your path towards achieving your dreams.

Discipline and willpower are not something that anyone is born with. They are traits that can be developed over time with practice.

Positive Mindset Vs. Law of Attraction:
The Law of attraction states that your thoughts & belief systems send certain “vibrations” out to the cosmos. In turn, the universe responds by giving you a kind of customized made-to-order set of experiences that directly validate said thoughts and beliefs. Since our “thoughts become things” — then we are ultimately the creators of the life circumstances we now find ourselves in.

For example, if your mind is full of limiting thoughts, “I’ll never get that promotion…I’ll never be healthy…I’ll never be good enough,” then guess what? You won’t. You won’t because your feelings of inadequacy tell the universe precisely what you are to experience. The inner calm and stillness of mind brought about by techniques like meditation, Reiki helps us to shift our vibration to a higher frequency, making us a permanent magnet for positive experiences, setting our life on the highest and best possible course.

Daily tips for training your subconscious positive mindset muscle:

Change Your Perspective
Being positive starts with changing your perspective on how you see things. If you believe something is negative, then it probably will be (and vice versa).

Take a mental pause
Take a deep breath, and take a step (or two) back. Let go of your negative energy, let go of the anger and resentment, and focus on improving and finding a positive.

Pay attention to how you feel
To stay positive means being self-aware and in touch with your feelings. Don’t let fear take over and have you convinced that things won’t work out for the best. Accept the criticism that comes your way, and know that most things in life aren’t personal.

Practice Cancel-Cancel
It’s very important to delete our negative thoughts the minute we are aware of them. The easiest way is to say certain commands/ words that break this negative spiral. My favorite 2 words are ‘Cancel-Cancel’. Throughout the day anytime you catch yourself thinking negative; say ‘Cancel-Cancel’. Notice how your negative heavy energy converts to much lighter positive energy.

Slow down
Take things slowly, and don’t be so hard on yourself. Learning to stay positive is a process.
Go with the flow; release your expectations.

Clear your Energy blocks- Keep Your Chakras balanced
Our body is a cobweb-like auric field, trapping all kinds of energy, especially negative. In time, if weighed down with enough stress, worry, and fear, your energy field and chakras can become clogged. Reiki helps immensely in keeping these energy channels in full harmony and balance. As well as meditation and yoga have been shown to offer amazing benefits. Get your chakras assessed!

Practice Gratitude
Being grateful for what we have can help us see how many amazing things we have in our lives, and help us focus on the good. Being stuck on our problems and what we don’t have will never get us anywhere. Keep a journal or a diary to express your daily gratitude, even for the smallest things.

Smile More
When you’re happy, you smile. But believe it or not, when you smile, it also makes you happy. Practice smiling even when you don’t feel like it. Look at yourself in the mirror, and show yourself what a beautiful, big smile you have.

Release bottled up emotions
Don’t be afraid to share your emotional heaviness with your friends and family — they will be happy to support you through this difficult time. It’s all about letting go. Journaling, meditation, and Reiki healing helps.

It can be hard to constantly stay positive, but it’s important to keep your head up and always trust that everything will be ok. When it comes to how to stay positive, the secret lies in the power of positive thinking. While our life circumstances might not always be in our hands, the way we think sure is!

Namaste!
